Drawing signed "Clubb" in the bottom right corner. depicts a large man labeled "Bell Monopoly" sitting at a desk labeled "Don't Telephone, Travel!" talking on the phone to the Public Service Commission telling the he will drop by to have a talk with them. On the desk there is a picture of a man with the words "Yours Truly, Gov. Miller", a piece of paper that says "Public Service Commission grants city of Rochester rehearing in telephone fight. Time and place may be named within the next tn days." A picture on the wall reads "The people be pleased", pleased is scratched out and replaced with squeezed!
