Description
Drawing signed "Clubb" in the bottom right corner. depicts a cook labeled "miller public service commission serving "the public" a dish called "metered services seasoned with high rates". The other chef labeled "bell monopoly" is saying to the chef "Say you! What'd'yu think I cooked it up for?". The main cook is saying to the customer "you eat that and stop your nonsense". The table cloth is labeled with "dont telephone, travel", and "the people be squeezed". The bottom right corner shows the back door and a busket next to it with the 1888 and 1889 contracts in it.
